What If

Self DoubtWhat if self-doubt was all you knew?
What if you were always told almost, but not quite?
What if you were taught that meant you were never good enough?

What if that’s what you were taught?

What if self-doubt was your motivation to be better?
What if you thoughts were to do better, always?
What if you were taught that meant you were never good enough?

What if you grew up trying harder and harder?
What if you were good, but still came up short?
What if you were taught that meant you were never good enough?

What if you saw others do less and get praise?
What if you were told try harder, maybe you’ll get there?
What if you were taught that meant you were never good enough?

What if you didn’t know you were just overlooked?

What if you adapted to this life and this way?
What if you only knew to accept the negative?
What if others just saw you as strong and tolerant?

What if you didn’t know what success looked like?
What if no one ever told you what the goals were?
What if no matter what, you always disappointed?

What if you were told it’s karma or your outlook?
What if you were told to just be positive?
What if you were told it was just you?

What if you never knew what that meant?

What if you were only taught self-doubt?
What if you were always told almost, but not quite?
What if you were taught that meant you were never good enough?

What if you never knew to ask “for who”?

About Laurissa Doonan

I'm a marketer. I've been a professional marketer for over 25 years, but in reality, I have always been one. Marketing to me is about communicating effectively, regardless of platform, regardless of channel. Marketing is understanding both your objectives and your audience, and finding the right method and message for your customers to reach them where they are. Now I dedicate my efforts to helping very small and small companies pursue their passions and grow their businesses through marketing; providing agency trained expertise without the overhead. www.Charter-Marketing.com www.CharterMarketing.wordpress.com
